The Brief:

To freshen and overhaul the existing garden whilst maintaining suitability to current residence and blending in with current natural bush surroundings.

The Job:

The job incorporated an existing garden that we needed to enhance, rather than completely rebuild.  The home had just undergone recent renovations so the idea was to further enhance the existing garden and add on to it in order to create a more usable lawn area as well as incorporate new pathways to connect renovated parts of the house.  We used natural granite stone steps as a practical feature for pathways to link the bedrooms to the outdoor area.

The Challenges:

The challenge was to create a new garden that blended seamlessly with the existing garden and connected the newly renovated building with the existing dwelling.  The current lawn was on a slope so we needed to lessen the fall to create a more useable area.
